Because of the tides our departure times may vary from those advertised below. The time given is the earliest possible departure time. We will contact ticket holders within 24 hours of the trip to confirm the exact departure time.
Please be at the departure point minimum of 10 minutes before expected departure time to give us time to ensure safe embarkation.

If you want to cancel your booking you can do so and be fully refunded provide you cancel at least 48 hours before your journey time. This will give us opportunity to sell your space to someone else. Please contact us to request a cancellation. Cancellations can only be made by the person who booked the tickets.
Due to unforseen circumstances or bad weather we may need to cancel a trip at short notice. In this instance all tickets will be refunded in full and we will notify customers by email.
Due to current high fuel costs and our views on environmental impact, we may cancel trips or suggest alternative dates if insufficient numbers. This will be done with as much prior notice as possible.
